It all begins with an idea. One of the easiest ways to freshen up an interior space is with a fresh coat of paint. Paint colors can be trendy. You’ll want to consder the size of the space. Dark colors can make a room feel smaller and light colors will open up the space.

Another quick and easy budget design plan is to add accessorries. Not too many as that can quickly clutter a space. Accessories can easily be changed with the seasons or holidays. Pillows, lamps, books and don’f forget the fresh flowers. Drapes are not as easy to change so keep them neutral to your color choice.

Lastly never forget the lighting. What is the purpose of your room? Do you want a bright well lit room? Or perhaps dim lights to set a mood? Swapping out fixtures or adding a dimmer can make a huge difference in how a room comes alive!
